Bobatoto Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

Welcome to the bobatoto online entertainment platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bobatoto ("Platform" or "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bobatoto platform at bobatoto.im, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use the bobatoto platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

Bobatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members via the platform or their registered email. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document.

To register an account with bobatoto, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident aged 18 years and above.
• Hold an active Malaysian phone number and a valid local bank account.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register or gambling prohibition list issued by any Malaysian authority.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition that would prevent participation in gambling activities.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at bobatoto. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or bank accounts — are strictly prohibited.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. bobatoto reserves the right to decline registration or close the account of any individual found to have provided false or misleading information, without any liability on our part.

All deposits into your bobatoto account must be made using a valid payment method registered in the same member's name. bobatoto accepts the following payment methods for Malaysian players:

Bobatoto does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited must be your own and must not be proceeds of any unlawful activity. Bobatoto reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of originating from an illegitimate source.

Withdrawals may be made at any time, provided the following conditions are met:

• The account has completed full identity verification (KYC).
• No bets currently active or pending settlement.
• The rollover requirements for any active bonus have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Funds are withdrawn to a bank account registered in the same name as the bobatoto account.

Bobatoto offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated in the respective offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses carry a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Rollover requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received multiplied by the figure stated in the offer (for example, 10x, 15x, or 20x).
• Some games may not contribute, or may contribute at a different rate, towards meeting rollover requirements.
• Bonuses carry a stated validity period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled rollover requirement within that period will be automatically forfeited.

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent, industry-recognised certification body.
• The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is stated in the game description and represents a theoretical long-term value that may vary within individual sessions.
• Bobatoto is not liable for any technical disruptions during gameplay. Should a bet be affected by a technical issue, we will endeavour to resolve it based on system records.

• Hacking and software manipulation – any attempt to hack, exploit bugs, or manipulate the bobatoto platform software.
• Threats or harassment — against any member of the platform or bobatoto employee.

Bobatoto employs both automated and manual monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Any funds linked to prohibited activities may be withheld pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities in Malaysia where necessary.

Bobatoto reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Incomplete or failed identity verification (KYC).
• Request by the member themselves (voluntary closure).
• Requests from authorised Malaysian authorities.
• Responsible gambling grounds — where a member has applied for self-exclusion.
• Inactive for more than 24 consecutive months (dormant account).

When an account is closed at a member's request, any eligible balance will be returned to the registered bank account following the necessary review. Accounts closed due to a breach may be subject to investigation before any balance is released.

Deposit limits take effect immediately. Any request to increase a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before the change is applied. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the bobatoto platform shall be resolved through the following procedure:

• Stage 1: Contact the bobatoto customer support team for an informal resolution. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
• Stage 2: If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an independent mediation body.
• Stage 3: As a final recourse, disputes may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
